The Remember Niger Coalition partners with Nigerien organizations and community leaders who seek to establish schools in their communities in order to expand quality educational opportunities for Nigerien children and youth. Through local networks and resources, we identify organizations with shared common values and goals for the future of Niger. A local team assists with monitoring and evaluation of our programs and projects. They also provide insight into cultural norms and assist with navigating legal and government relationships.
We work to empower our partners by assisting them in building their capacity, which will ensure that their schools become sustainable and self-sufficient. Moreover, their schools will be models in their communities and regions, and the school leaders will be experts in their field. In many cases, they will mentor other school leaders and assist organizations in the establishment of new schools. |
